1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "bmx4d," "we," "us," "our" refers to the bmx4d online gaming platform operated through the domain bmx4d.cam and all associated services.
• "User," "you," "your," "Player," "Member" refers to any individual who registers for and uses the bmx4d platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User on the bmx4d platform.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, and related entertainment services provided by bmx4d, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, table games, and lottery-style games.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed by a User on a gaming outcome offered by bmx4d.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in your Account for wagering and withdrawal, displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To create an Account and use bmx4d services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. bmx4d strictly prohibits underage gambling and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and must not be restricted by any legal or regulatory authority from participating in online gaming activities.
• Geographic Restrictions: Our services are primarily intended for residents of Indonesia. You must not access or use our services from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Single Account Policy: You are permitted to hold only one Account with bmx4d. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts registered under false names, or using accounts belonging to other individuals is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your relationship with bmx4d. We reserve the right to verify any information you provide and may request supporting documentation.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized that activity.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

bmx4d facilitates financial transactions through secure payment gateways integrated with Indonesian banking systems and e-wallet providers. The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposit Methods: We accept deposits through Indonesian bank transfers (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and Bank Permata) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via e-wallets are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers may take several minutes to reflect in your Account balance depending on the sending institution's processing times. bmx4d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are legally owned by you and are not derived from any illegal or criminal activities. We reserve the right to request proof of source of funds and may freeze accounts pending satisfactory verification.
• Withdrawal Requests: You may request to withdraw your available Balance at any time, subject to verification of your identity (KYC process) and completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to an alternative verified account in your name.
• Withdrawal Processing Times: We strive to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 21:00 WIB, excluding Indonesian public holidays). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may take longer due to additional verification requirements.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may apply depending on your payment method and Account status. VIP members may benefit from higher withdrawal limits and priority processing.
• Anti-Money Laundering: bmx4d maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with international standards. We reserve the right to decline any withdrawal request that appears suspicious or may violate AML regulations, and to report such transactions to relevant authorities.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bmx4d offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions:

• Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses may be offered to new members, existing members, or specific membership tiers. Eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit amounts and qualifying games, will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called turnover requirements) before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 100,000 bonus would require Rp 3,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. Check each promotion's specific terms for game contribution rates.
• Bonus Expiration: Bonuses typically have an expiration period (e.g., 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days) from the date of issuance. Unused bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiration.
• Abuse Prevention: bmx4d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts if we determine that a User is abusing bonuses through irregular betting patterns, coordinated play with other Users, or any other method that violates the spirit of fair play. This includes but is not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities.
• One Bonus Per Household: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus per User, household, IP address, and payment method is permitted. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through multiple accounts or other deceptive methods will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account closure.

5. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

All games and betting markets offered by bmx4d are subject to the following general rules:

• Bet Acceptance: bmx4d reserves the right to accept or reject any bet at our sole discretion. We may also limit the maximum stake amount on any bet or impose other betting restrictions on specific Users or markets.
• Bet Settlement: Bets are settled according to the official results of the relevant event or game. In sports betting, the result as determined by the official governing body or organization is final for settlement purposes. In casino games, results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer outcomes.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided (canceled with stakes returned) in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious errors in odds or lines, technical malfunctions, postponed or abandoned events, and other exceptional circumstances. bmx4d's decision regarding voided bets is final.
• Fair Play: All Users must play fairly and honestly. Prohibited activities include collusion with other players, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software bugs or errors, insider betting based on non-public information, and any other form of cheating or fraud.
• RNG Certification: All electronic games (slots, video poker, virtual table games) use Random Number Generators that are regularly tested and certified by independent auditing agencies to ensure fair, random, and unpredictable outcomes.
• Disconnection Policy: If a disconnection occurs during a game round due to technical issues on bmx4d's servers, the game round will be completed automatically according to your last action, and any winnings will be credited to your Account. If a disconnection occurs due to issues on your end (internet connection, device malfunction), the game round will continue and settle according to the game's normal rules.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

bmx4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable individuals:

• 21+ Only: Our services are strictly for adults aged 21 and over. We employ age verification processes and will immediately close any Account found to belong to an underage individual.
• Responsible Gaming Tools: We provide various tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and reality check reminders. These tools can be configured in your Account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel that gaming is becoming a problem, you may request self-exclusion for a period of your choosing (ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion). During the exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account or place any bets. Contact our support team to activate self-exclusion.
• Problem Gambling Support: If you or someone you know is experiencing gambling-related problems, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance and information about professional resources available in Indonesia.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the following limitations apply:

• Service Availability: While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, bmx4d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our platform. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.
• No Warranty: bmx4d services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will meet your specific requirements or that any errors will be corrected.
• Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for any third-party content, including game content provided by external game studios, odds data from third-party providers, or payment processing services from external financial institutions.
• Limitation of Damages: bmx4d's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your Account in the 90 days preceding the claim, or IDR 1,000,000, whichever is lower.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless bmx4d, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions or your violation of any law or rights of any third party.

8. Account Closure and Termination

bmx4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity
• Creating multiple accounts or attempting to circumvent account restrictions
• Using our services from a restricted jurisdiction
• Failing to respond to verification requests within a reasonable timeframe
• Any other reason that we, in our sole discretion, deem necessary to protect the integrity of our platform or the interests of our other Users

Upon Account closure, any remaining Balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, minus any amounts related to bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or outstanding chargebacks. We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of any investigations.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming industry standards and best practices. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of bmx4d services should first be addressed through our customer support team. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and efficiently through good-faith negotiation.
